Contributing to Chrome's WebRTC Source Code.
Getting started in the open source community
Since I started working at Voxbone as a Developer Community Manager, I've been involved in many great projects like the API, organizing meetups, or taking care of our documentation. However, one of the most exciting times for me was working on our WebRTC-SIP project. I've helped crafted libraries in javascript, create demoes and code samples, and develop our developer documentation.
Getting increasingly interested into the WebRTC stack, I've started wandering through the popular Git repositories from the like's of Chrome , JSSip, or OpenTok.
A few days ago, I made a pull request to suggest a little pathc on Chrome's WebRTC source code. Though it was something very simple, it was necessary and eventually accept!
Here's the summary of the pull request.
I hope that I'll soon be more apt at contributing to open source projects of this size and be part of this community!
